Enterprise Value1.20B iRoughly what it would cost to buy the whole company. How it is worked out: the value of its shares (market cap) + its debt − the cash it holds. Why it matters: two companies can have the same share value but very different debt and cash. Enterprise value shows the full picture, so you can compare them fairly.Versus market cap: 2.67×, so it has more debt than cash. For this company: 451.98M + 783.35M debt + 12.74M minority interest − 43.38M cash = 1.20B (Q3 2026)Calculated · Q3 2026
